1. When to report
Report material that appears unlawful, sexually explicit, non-consensual, misleading, threatening, infringing or otherwise contrary to our platform rules. You may also report impersonation, suspected underage users, payment scams and attempts to move prohibited activity off-platform.
2. What to include
Provide the profile name, relevant page URL, a description of the issue, the date of the incident and any relevant screenshots. Do not send intimate images or sensitive identification documents unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
3. Urgent situations
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Reports alleging child sexual abuse material, trafficking, credible threats or non-consensual intimate imagery should be treated as urgent. Do not download, copy or redistribute suspected illegal material.
4. How reports are handled
PayFindom assesses reports against applicable law and its published rules. Depending on severity and available evidence, action may include removing material, limiting access, suspending accounts or referring suspected crime to appropriate authorities. A report does not guarantee removal; decisions should be based on review.
5. Submit a report
To report content or conduct, email legal@payfindom.com with the subject “Safety report”. Include the account name, relevant URL, date and a concise explanation. Use the in-platform reporting feature if one is available. Do not send intimate images or identification documents by ordinary email.
