Creator Terms
Additional conditions for people who publish and monetize work on PayFindom.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Scope
These conditions supplement the Terms of Service, Content Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If another policy sets a stricter safety requirement, that requirement continues to apply.
2. Identity and eligibility
Creators must be adults and provide accurate information needed for identity, payment and legal compliance checks. An application, verification badge or approval is not a guarantee of earnings, endorsement or preferential treatment.
3. What may be offered
Permitted offerings may include eligible non-explicit images, updates and digital experiences displayed on the platform. Pornography, sexual services, erotic messaging, sexual performances and monetized fetish interactions are prohibited, including through links or off-platform fulfilment.
4. Rights and permissions
You must own or hold the rights needed to upload and license material, including consent and publicity rights for anyone featured. Do not use copyrighted music, images, trademarks or third-party content without permission. PayFindom may need a limited licence to host, display, deliver and moderate permitted submissions, as described in the governing Terms.
5. Accurate listings
Descriptions, access conditions, advertised benefits and prices must be truthful and specific. Do not imply guarantees of personal attention, financial returns or services the platform prohibits. Do not redirect customers to undisclosed payments.
6. Earnings and taxes
Creator earnings are subject to the fees and charges disclosed in the applicable transaction flow, refunds, chargebacks, lawful deductions and the Payout Policy. Creators are responsible for applicable tax obligations unless otherwise required by law. Payout questions may be sent to hello@payfindom.com.
7. Removal and termination
PayFindom may remove non-compliant material or restrict access subject to the Terms and applicable law. Any earned amounts remaining after termination must be dealt with under lawful, transparent payout and dispute rules, not automatically forfeited.
8. Governing law
These Creator Terms are governed by Delaware law, as further set out in the Terms of Service, without depriving any user of mandatory protections applicable under the laws of their place of residence.
