Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy defines prohibited conduct, restricted content, platform abuse standards, and enforcement rights applicable to all PayFindom users.
Effective Date: May 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the PayFindom Terms of Service and applies to all users, creators, clients, visitors, moderators, affiliates, and account holders using the Platform.
PayFindom maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward unlawful, exploitative, abusive, fraudulent, coercive, or prohibited conduct.
2. Strict 18+ Requirement
PayFindom is strictly limited to adults aged eighteen (18) years or older.
Any content involving minors, age ambiguity, simulated minors, or suspected underage persons is strictly prohibited.
Users may be required to complete identity verification, age verification, or additional compliance procedures at any time.
3. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload, distribute, transmit, request, advertise, store, share, promote, or monetize any content involving:
- Minors or persons under 18 years old;
- Non-consensual content;
- Sex trafficking;
- Coercion or exploitation;
- Blackmail or extortion;
- Violence or credible threats;
- Bestiality;
- Incest exploitation;
- Human trafficking;
- Revenge pornography;
- Doxxing or personal data exposure;
- Fraudulent impersonation;
- Illegal drug distribution;
- Weapon trafficking;
- Terrorism-related content;
- Malware or phishing content;
- Copyright infringement;
- Stolen content or leaked material;
- Content violating applicable laws.
4. Creator Compliance Obligations
Creators are solely responsible for ensuring:
- All uploaded content is lawful;
- All depicted persons are adults;
- All participants have provided valid consent;
- Content ownership rights are valid;
- Uploaded content complies with applicable law;
- Content complies with processor and banking rules;
- No third-party rights are violated.
PayFindom reserves the right to request identity verification, supporting documentation, model releases, or proof of ownership at any time.
5. Fraud and Financial Abuse
Users may not:
- Use stolen payment methods;
- Engage in chargeback abuse;
- Manipulate wallet systems;
- Artificially inflate transactions;
- Create fraudulent tribute activity;
- Exploit payout systems;
- Attempt unauthorized refunds;
- Use false verification documents;
- Evade financial controls or reserves;
- Use cryptocurrency laundering schemes.
Suspicious activity may result in:
- Immediate account suspension;
- Balance freezes;
- Payout delays;
- Transaction reversals;
- Permanent bans;
- Reporting to financial institutions;
- Law enforcement referrals.
6. Platform Abuse and Technical Restrictions
Users may not:
- Scrape platform data;
- Use bots or automation tools;
- Attempt unauthorized access;
- Reverse engineer systems;
- Probe vulnerabilities;
- Disrupt infrastructure;
- Interfere with platform stability;
- Bypass moderation systems;
- Attempt account takeovers;
- Use VPN abuse for fraud or evasion purposes.
7. Intellectual Property Violations
Users may not upload or distribute copyrighted, stolen, pirated, leaked, or unauthorized material.
PayFindom reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content, suspend repeat infringers, and cooperate with copyright enforcement procedures.
8. Harassment and User Conduct
Users may not:
- Threaten other users;
- Harass creators or clients;
- Promote hate speech;
- Encourage self-harm;
- Engage in stalking behavior;
- Use abusive manipulation tactics;
- Target vulnerable individuals unlawfully.
9. Enforcement Rights
PayFindom reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Remove content;
- Restrict visibility;
- Suspend accounts;
- Terminate accounts;
- Freeze balances;
- Delay or deny withdrawals;
- Reverse transactions;
- Hold reserves;
- Restrict access;
- Cooperate with authorities;
- Investigate suspicious conduct.
Enforcement actions may occur with or without notice where reasonably necessary for platform integrity, legal compliance, operational safety, fraud prevention, reputational protection, or regulatory obligations.
10. Balance and Account Consequences
Accounts found to have violated these policies may permanently lose access to:
- Wallet balances;
- Pending payouts;
- Platform privileges;
- Uploaded content;
- Monetization rights;
- Future account access.
PayFindom may, where reasonably deemed appropriate, reverse transactions or return funds to affected clients, payment processors, financial partners, or impacted parties.
11. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report violations, abusive conduct, suspected illegal activity, copyright infringement, or safety concerns through the appropriate PayFindom reporting channels.
12. Policy Changes
PayFindom reserves the right to update, modify, or expand this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
