Content Moderation & Appeals
How policy decisions are made and how users can challenge them.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Our standards
Our Terms, Content Policy and Acceptable Use Policy apply to public profiles, uploads, private messages, paid material, descriptions, live features and links. Private access does not exempt content from the rules.
2. Review and enforcement
Material may be assessed following a report, a compliance review or other lawful detection methods actually operated by PayFindom. Potential measures include warnings, removal, restricted visibility, feature limits and suspension or termination for serious or repeated violations.
3. Factors considered
Review should take account of the content itself, relevant context, evidence of harm, repeat behaviour, applicable law and the proportionality of proposed action. Certain serious violations warrant urgent action.
4. Notice and explanations
Where appropriate and legally permissible, PayFindom may explain the principal reason for a restriction or removal. Some details may be withheld to protect user safety, prevent misuse or preserve an investigation.
5. Appeals
To request a review of a content decision or account restriction, email legal@payfindom.com with the subject “Moderation appeal”. Include your username, the decision or content reference, date and why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We assess appeals in light of the available evidence and applicable law.
6. Financial matters
Content appeals do not determine entitlement to a payment or balance. Financial disputes follow the applicable Payments & Fees, Payout Policy and Refund & Chargeback Policy, including any mandatory legal rights.
