Payments & Fees
How charges, platform fees and paid features should be understood.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. What you pay for
The amount and nature of each eligible purchase should be presented before you approve payment. Paying for creator access or digital content does not buy ownership of the creator’s work or establish any right to sexual services or in-person contact.
2. Fees and currency
The applicable price, currency and any PayFindom platform charges are shown as part of the transaction flow before you authorise a payment. Your financial institution or payment provider may charge separate fees, including foreign-exchange charges. For billing enquiries, contact hello@payfindom.com.
3. Payment authorization
Only use payment methods you have authority to use. Payments may be rejected or reviewed where necessary for fraud, sanctions, chargeback prevention or provider compliance. The selected payment provider’s terms may also apply.
4. Availability and delivery
Access to purchased eligible digital offerings is subject to the description presented at the time of purchase and the Terms of Service. If a purchase cannot be accessed or delivered as described, contact hello@payfindom.com with the transaction reference. Do not send full payment-card numbers.
5. Refunds and disputes
See the Refund & Chargeback Policy for cancellation and complaint handling. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights. Users may also have rights through their payment provider or applicable law.
6. Important business disclosures
A transaction is subject to the price, currency, payment method and charges displayed before authorisation. Any recurring charge must be disclosed before enrolment, including its amount, frequency and cancellation conditions. No subscription or service fee applies unless disclosed in the relevant purchase flow. See the Refund Policy for disputes and statutory rights.
