DMCA and Copyright Policy
This Policy explains PayFindom’s copyright enforcement procedures, takedown process, repeat infringer handling, and intellectual property protections.

1. Intellectual Property Respect
PayFindom respects intellectual property rights and expects all users, creators, clients, and visitors to do the same.
Users may not upload, distribute, monetize, transmit, reproduce, or share copyrighted material without proper authorization.
2. Prohibited Copyright Violations
Users may not upload or distribute:
- Stolen creator content;
- Leaked private material;
- Pirated media;
- Unauthorized recordings;
- Scraped content from other platforms;
- Copyrighted third-party material;
- Content lacking valid usage rights.
3. DMCA Takedown Requests
Copyright owners or authorized representatives may submit takedown notices regarding allegedly infringing material hosted on PayFindom.
Takedown notices should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material;
- Sufficient information to locate the material;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorized;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate;
- A physical or electronic signature.
4. Counter Notifications
Users who believe their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notification where permitted by applicable law.
PayFindom reserves the right to review, reject, escalate, or comply with takedown-related requests at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
PayFindom maintains a repeat infringer policy.
Accounts repeatedly associated with copyright infringement complaints, unauthorized content distribution, or intellectual property abuse may be suspended, demonetized, permanently terminated, or restricted from future platform access.
6. Platform Enforcement Rights
PayFindom reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Remove content;
- Restrict visibility;
- Freeze balances;
- Delay payouts;
- Suspend monetization;
- Terminate accounts;
- Restrict platform access;
- Cooperate with rights holders;
- Preserve evidence for legal proceedings.
7. Creator Responsibility
Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content:
- Is lawfully owned or licensed;
- Does not infringe third-party rights;
- Was lawfully created and distributed;
- Complies with applicable intellectual property laws.
PayFindom does not guarantee ownership verification of creator-uploaded content and disclaims liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. False Claims
Submitting knowingly false, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading copyright complaints may result in:
- Account restrictions;
- Termination;
- Legal escalation;
- Liability for damages where applicable.
9. Trademark and Platform Protection
The PayFindom name, platform identity, logos, branding systems, interfaces, software systems, trade dress, visual identity, and proprietary platform architecture are protected intellectual property rights owned or controlled by PayFindom.
Unauthorized imitation, commercial cloning, deceptive similarity, derivative platform creation, or misleading brand usage is prohibited.
10. Contact and Notices
Copyright notices, infringement claims, counter-notifications, and legal intellectual property requests may be submitted through the designated PayFindom legal and compliance channels.
11. Policy Changes
PayFindom reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
