1. General support
For account access, technical issues, payments, or general enquiries, contact hello@payfindom.com. Include your username and a description of the issue. Never send passwords or complete payment-card details.
2. Safety complaints
For suspected policy violations, harmful content, or urgent account-safety concerns, email legal@payfindom.com with the subject “Safety report”. Include the profile URL and a brief explanation. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
3. Copyright notices
Copyright infringement notices and counter-notices may be sent to legal@payfindom.com. See our DMCA Policy for information required to process a notice. Sending a general complaint does not necessarily constitute a valid statutory notice.
4. Privacy rights
For personal-data access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, contact legal@payfindom.com. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or altering protected account information. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Legal notices and governing law
PayFindom provides its services subject to its published Terms of Service. The Terms specify Delaware governing law, subject to mandatory rights and protections that may apply in a user’s jurisdiction. General enquiries: hello@payfindom.com. 6. Response expectations
We prioritise reports involving immediate safety risks and review other enquiries according to their nature, complexity, and applicable legal requirements. Please include enough information to identify the relevant account or transaction.
