1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using PayFindom (“Platform”, “PayFindom”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Incorporated Policies

These Terms incorporate by reference PayFindom’s Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Content Policy, Refund and Chargeback Policy, DMCA and Copyright Policy, and 18+ Adults Only Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to those incorporated policies.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

PayFindom is strictly intended for adults only.

All users, including creators, clients, visitors, moderators, and account holders, must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• You are not prohibited from accessing adult-oriented services under applicable law;
• Any content uploaded by you depicts only consenting adults aged 18 or older.

Any violation of these requirements may result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, permanent bans, balance forfeiture, content removal, and additional legal action.

4. Nature of the Platform

PayFindom is a premium digital creator interaction platform that allows creators and clients to engage in lawful adult-oriented digital interactions, tributes, media unlocking, messaging, and related digital experiences.

PayFindom is not:

• A financial institution;
• A bank;
• An escrow provider;
• An investment platform;
• A money transmission service;
• A fiduciary or trustee.

Wallet balances displayed on the Platform represent internal platform ledger balances only and do not constitute bank deposits, custodial accounts, stored-value accounts, insured balances, or guaranteed payout obligations.

5. Account Registration

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts, credentials, authentication methods, wallets, and devices.

You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

You agree not to:

• Create false identities;
• Impersonate individuals or entities;
• Use stolen payment methods;
• Bypass bans or restrictions;
• Create multiple abusive accounts;
• Manipulate platform systems or creator rankings.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are solely responsible for:

• All uploaded content;
• Ownership rights to uploaded media;
• Obtaining lawful consent;
• Ensuring all depicted individuals are adults;
• Compliance with applicable laws;
• Compliance with payment processor rules;
• Compliance with these Terms and platform policies.

PayFindom does not verify, endorse, certify, or guarantee creator conduct, representations, statements, legality, or uploaded content.

7. Platform Rights and Moderation

PayFindom reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend accounts;
• Terminate accounts;
• Remove content;
• Restrict visibility;
• Demonetize creators;
• Freeze balances;
• Delay or deny withdrawals;
• Reverse transactions;
• Issue refunds;
• Refuse service;
• Cooperate with law enforcement;
• Restrict access to features or regions;
• Investigate suspicious activity.

These actions may occur with or without notice where deemed necessary for platform safety, compliance, operational integrity, fraud prevention, legal exposure reduction, reputational protection, or business continuity.

8. Wallets, Balances, and Payouts

Creator balances and client wallet balances remain subject to ongoing compliance review, fraud analysis, dispute monitoring, reserve controls, operational review, payout verification procedures, processor limitations, sanctions screening, and adherence to these Terms.

PayFindom reserves the right to:

• Freeze balances;
• Hold rolling reserves;
• Offset liabilities;
• Reverse credits;
• Cancel payouts;
• Deny withdrawals;
• Recover fraudulent proceeds;
• Adjust balances;
• Return funds to affected parties.

Accounts terminated for violations of these Terms may permanently lose access to associated balances, credits, earnings, wallet privileges, payout eligibility, uploaded content, and platform access, subject to applicable law and internal compliance review.

PayFindom may, at its sole discretion, return disputed or suspicious funds to clients, payment providers, financial institutions, or affected parties where reasonably deemed necessary.

9. Crypto Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible.

By using cryptocurrency payment methods, you acknowledge and accept:

• Blockchain confirmation delays;
• Network congestion risks;
• Processor downtime;
• Volatility risks;
• Wallet compatibility risks;
• Third-party provider dependency.

PayFindom does not guarantee transaction completion times, blockchain settlement times, token values, or uninterrupted availability of crypto infrastructure providers.

10. No Refund Policy

Except where required by law or explicitly determined by PayFindom, tribute payments, unlock purchases, wallet funding transactions, and digital access purchases are final and non-refundable.

Chargeback abuse, payment disputes made in bad faith, fraudulent reversal attempts, or misuse of payment systems may result in permanent account termination and legal escalation.

11. Intellectual Property

The PayFindom name, logos, platform branding, trade dress, visual systems, software architecture, interfaces, designs, source code, graphics, databases, workflows, trademarks, service marks, and platform content are proprietary intellectual property owned or controlled by PayFindom.

Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, cloning, commercial imitation, derivative platform creation, or confusingly similar branding is prohibited.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Upload illegal content;
• Upload non-consensual content;
• Upload content involving minors;
• Engage in trafficking or coercion;
• Harass or threaten users;
• Commit fraud;
• Manipulate payouts;
• Attempt unauthorized access;
• Scrape platform data;
• Exploit vulnerabilities;
• Reverse engineer platform systems;
• Use bots or automation without permission.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

PayFindom disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, security, reliability, or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayFindom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount paid by you to PayFindom in the prior 90 days; or
• USD $100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PayFindom, its affiliates, operators, officers, contractors, employees, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, regulatory actions, investigations, costs, and legal expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform;
• Your content;
• Your conduct;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of law or third-party rights.

16. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding confidential arbitration.

Users waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, representative proceedings, or collective claims.

17. Changes to Terms

PayFindom reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
