Refund and Chargeback Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital, access-based, adult-oriented, and creator-driven nature of the PayFindom platform, transactions are generally final and non-refundable.

By funding wallets, sending tributes, unlocking media, purchasing digital access, or interacting with creator content, users acknowledge and agree that they are purchasing immediate-access digital services.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions

Except where required by applicable law or explicitly approved by PayFindom, the following are non-refundable:

• Wallet funding transactions;
• Cryptocurrency payments;
• Tributes;
• Media unlock purchases;
• Premium access purchases;
• Digital interactions;
• Creator tipping activity;
• Private content access;
• Platform credits and wallet balances.

3. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions are typically irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

Users acknowledge and accept:

• Blockchain confirmation delays;
• Network congestion risks;
• Irreversible transfers;
• Wallet compatibility risks;
• Volatility risks;
• Third-party processor dependency.

PayFindom is not responsible for:

• Incorrect wallet addresses;
• User wallet errors;
• Blockchain outages;
• Network delays;
• Third-party processor failures;
• Token volatility.

4. Chargeback Abuse

Fraudulent chargebacks, bad-faith disputes, payment reversals, false unauthorized-payment claims, or abusive refund attempts are strictly prohibited.

PayFindom reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts;
• Terminate accounts;
• Freeze balances;
• Reverse credits;
• Deny future access;
• Report fraud indicators;
• Cooperate with financial institutions;
• Pursue recovery actions.

5. Platform Discretion

Notwithstanding the general no-refund policy, PayFindom reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Issue partial refunds;
• Issue full refunds;
• Reverse transactions;
• Adjust balances;
• Return disputed funds;
• Offset liabilities;
• Freeze or hold balances;
• Delay withdrawals.

Such actions may occur where reasonably deemed necessary for:

• Fraud prevention;
• Regulatory compliance;
• Chargeback mitigation;
• Payment processor obligations;
• Operational integrity;
• Risk management;
• User safety;
• Legal exposure reduction.

6. Creator Earnings and Balances

Creator balances displayed within the Platform represent internal platform ledger balances only and do not constitute bank deposits, custodial accounts, guaranteed payout obligations, escrowed funds, or insured financial products.

Creator balances remain subject to:

• Compliance review;
• Fraud analysis;
• Reserve controls;
• Payout verification procedures;
• Processor requirements;
• Ongoing adherence to platform policies;
• Operational and legal review.

Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, payment rules, compliance obligations, fraud controls, or platform integrity requirements may permanently lose access to associated balances, payout eligibility, credits, and monetization privileges, subject to applicable law.

7. Unauthorized or Illegal Activity

PayFindom reserves the right to freeze, reverse, withhold, or return funds associated with:

• Fraudulent activity;
• Stolen payment methods;
• Unauthorized account access;
• Illegal content;
• Sanctions exposure;
• Money laundering concerns;
• Chargeback abuse;
• Policy violations.

8. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

PayFindom does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of:

• Creators;
• Content libraries;
• Messaging systems;
• Wallet systems;
• Payment processors;
• Blockchain networks;
• Platform infrastructure.

Temporary outages, moderation actions, content removals, suspensions, or account restrictions do not automatically create refund rights.

9. Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact PayFindom support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

PayFindom reserves the right to provide transaction logs, access logs, platform evidence, moderation records, device metadata, and wallet activity records in connection with dispute defense procedures.

10. Policy Changes

PayFindom reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
